摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,以进行性认知功能障碍和认知、行为损害为主要临床表现,常发生在老年和老年前期,起病非常隐匿,还未有药物能够治愈。阿尔茨海默病的发病机制异常复杂,目前存在多种假说,临床上针对单一靶点的药物治疗效果不佳。而近年来研究发现地黄饮子在防治阿尔茨海默病方面有一定疗效,其中单味中药及其有效成分的研究也日益受到重视。本文对地黄饮子组成药物的中药有效成分防治阿尔茨海默的实验研究进行综述。Alzheimer disease（AD） is a kind of neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system. The main clini- cal manifestations were progressive cognitive and behavioral impairment. It often occurs insidiously in the elderly or the early stages of the elderly, with no curative medicine. The pathogenesis of AD is very complex, which has many kinds of hypothesis, and single target drugs have poor clinic effect. In recent years, it is found out that Dihuang Yinzi has a cer- tain effect on AD in some researches, of which researches on single herbs and the active components have been paid more attention. This research reviewed the progress of some experiment studies about AD treated with the monomer com- ponents extracted from Dihuang Yinzi.
