陆小左教授应用“过敏方”治疗皮肤病经验撷萃

摘　　要：皮肤疾患是临床的常见病、多发病,缠绵反复,屡治不愈。在《内经》治未病思想的指导下,陆小左教授认为湿邪与热邪侵犯是导致皮肤疾病发生发展的核心因素,除具有明显湿热征象的皮肤疾病外,其他多种皮肤病在发病过程中存在湿热共性,临床治疗中以自拟过敏方为基本方,结合舌脉与皮损的辨证关系加减用药,同时根据患者病情适当配合刺络拔罐、刮痧等中医传统疗法治疗皮肤疾病,取得了良好的疗效。Dermatosis is a kind of clinically common diseases. According to the theory of preventive treatment in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor, professor LU Xiao - zuo put forward that damp - heat invasion was the key factor in the devel- opment of dermatosis. It has achieved good effect for dermatosis treated by self - made Guomin formula, combined with cupping, scraping and other TCM therapies, taking TCM syndromes and skin lesions into consideration.
