摘　　要：文章对D公司的库存管理问题进行深入的研究和探讨,首先对研究的背景进行了分析,了解当前企业库存管理上的大环境以及社会发展对库存管理的影响等,确定了研究的理论意义和实践意义。然后通过相关文献的研究,了解企业库存管理的理论和实践研究成果以及当前理论研究上存在的盲点,分析实践研究成果的指导和借鉴作用,同时提出研究应关注的方向,最终明确了在当前供应链模式的大环境下,D公司在库存管理上应以联合库存管理为基准,展开库存管理优化,同时借助Vensim PLE仿真软件进行仿真研究。This paper is for the inventory management of D company to conduct in＇depth research and study, the first ison the research background of the familiar, to understand the current environment of enterprise inventory management and inventors＇ management of the impact of social development, de- termine the research has theoretical significance and practical significance. Then through the study of relevant literature, un- derstand the existing theory and practice research of the en- terprise inventory management and the current theoretical re- search on the blind spot, analysis the practice research results for the study of the guidance and reference, and puts forward the research should focus on the direction, eventually identi- fied in the supply chain model under the current environment D, the company should take joint inventory management based on inventory management, inventory management optimization, and simulation using Vensim PLE simulation software.
