摘 要:我国高技术产业下属的电子及通信设备制造业发展迅猛,占高技术产业总量的比重高达55.95%,是我国高技术产业的主导产业,占据举足轻重的地位。文章以电子及通信设备制造业为例,采取系统聚类方法将30个省(西藏数据缺失将其剔除)电子及通讯设备制造业按人均指标分成发达省区、中等发达省区、欠发达省区,以此引入反映区域差异的虚拟变量,采用扩展的Cobb-Douglas生产函数模型对我国电子及通讯设备制造业省区差异与经济绩效进行回归分析。因地制宜的制定相关政策促进电子及通信设备制造业快速发展,缩小省区之间的差异。The manufacture of electronic equipment and com- munication (MEECE) is developing rapidly and accounting forthe proportion of high-teeh industry as high as 55.95%. It is China's high-tech industry's leading industries and occupies a pivotal position. In this paper, it takes the MEECE as an ex- ample. The 30 pnwinces of MEECE are divided into (level- oped provinces, medium developed provinces, less developed provinces by the system clustering method. This paper intro- duces the virtual variables reflecting the regional differences, and uses the extended Cobb-Douglas production function mod- el to analyze the regional provincial differences and economic performance of China's MEECE. According to local conditions to dew,lop relevant policies to promote the rapid development of electronic and communications equipment manufacturing in- dustry, narrowing the differences between provinces.
