摘 要:目的通过研究和分析市属医院2006—2015年的专利申请情况、优势科技领域以及法律状态,分析其科技创新发展趋势并提出相应策略。方法检索并分析市属22家医院的专利基本信息,利用技术发展阶段测量方法分析市属医院科技创新发展趋势。结果2006—2015年,北京市22家市属医院共申报专利678件,申请数量呈显著上升趋势。专利状态“有效”的为390件。医疗器械、医用材料及制备方法、酶或微生物的测定或检验方法等是其强势技术创新领域。结论市属医院科技创新能力迅速发展。科技管理部门应把握技术创新的重点和方向,加强对专利的管理,促进科技成果转化。Objective To analyze the trend of scientific and technological innovation and propose strategies for development by study the general situation, distribution, dominant technology areas and protection conditions of patent applications from Beijing municipal hospitals during 2006-2015. Methods Collect basic patent information in 22 municipal hospitals to analyze the trend of scientific and technological innovation in municipal hospitals using technological development measurement method. Results A total number of 678 patent applications were filed from 22 hospitals from 2006 to 2015, shows patent applications increased a lot during the ten years. There are 390 valid patents among which medical devices, medical materials and preparation methods, enzyme or microbial testing methods are dominant areas of technological innovation. Conclusions The capacity of technological innova- tion develops rapidly in municipal hospitals. Research management departments should be more active in advancing technological innovation by strengthen patent management and promoting technology transfer.
