摘 要:本文通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂和防腐剂等助剂的筛选,最终确定了50%噻嗪酮悬浮剂的最佳配方:噻嗪酮原药50%、分散剂SD-06为2.0%、润湿剂SR-08为1.0%、乙二醇4.0%、黄原胶2.0%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.2%、有机硅消泡剂AFE-31680.2%、去离子水补足。实验结果表明:该配方制备的悬浮剂平均粒径<4μm,悬浮率95%以上,其它各项指标均达到悬浮剂的要求。In this paper, buprofezin 50% suspension concentrate was prepared by optimizing the main co - formulants such as wetting - dispersing agents, thickening agents as well as preservatives. The optimum formula was determined as follows : buprofezin 50% , dispersant SD - 06 2.0%, wetting agent SR -08 1.0%, ethylene glycol 4.0%, xanthan gum 2. 0%, magnesium aluminum silicate 0. 5%, sodium benzoate 0. 2%, organic silicon defoamer AFE -3168 0. 2% and water added to 100%. The experimental results showed that the average particle diameter of the preparation with the above formula was less than 4μm and the suspension rate was over 95%. All the other parameters complied with the requirements for suspension concentrate formulation.
