摘　　要：目的探讨3D打印个体化模板联合CT引导^(125)I粒子植入术治疗肺癌的医护配合流程。方法 2015年12月~2016年6月,采用3D打印个体化模板联合CT引导^(125)I粒子植入术治疗肺癌患者10例,治疗过程采取医护合作的方式,术前给予充分准备、术中医护明确分工、密切配合、术后加强并发症的护理观察处理。结果 10例3D打印个体化模板引导^(125)I粒子植入术治疗肺癌手术均顺利完成,出现的并发症包括2例气胸(其中1例粒子移位)、3例少量咯血伴血压升高,经过处理均得到缓解,未发生严重并发症。结论 3D打印个体化模板引导^(125)I粒子植入治疗肺癌是一项新技术,完善的医护配合流程可保证手术的顺利进行和并发症的有效处理,保证患者的安全,实现精准粒子植入治疗的目的。Objective 3D print of individuale template combined with CT guided^125I seedsimplantation in the treatment of lung cancer is small trauma and high safety. Perfect operation and nursing cooperation process can ensure the safe operation and effective treatment of complications. Methods From December 2015 to June 2016,10 patients with lung cancer received 3D printing individual template guided-（125）I seeds implantation treatment. Sufficient preparation applied before operation,closely cooperation between doctors and nurses was carried out during the operation process,and intensively observation of vital signs and dealing with complications in time. Results Operations of all are finished successfully. Among the 10 patients,The complications included two cases of pneumothorax（ 1 case of seeds immigrant）,3 cases companied with hypertension. All recovered after processing and there were no serious complications occurred. Conclusion 3D printing individual template combined with CT guided ^125 seeds implantation in the treatment of lung cancer is is a new therapeutic technique. Perfect nursing cooperation process can ensure the safety of the operation and effectively treating of complications. Thus the purpose of precision seeds implantation treatment is achieved.
