摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮能量水平对后备母猪血清激素的影响。选择27头体重(61±3.1)kg的长×大二元母猪,随机分成3组,分别饲喂低、中、高3个能量水平饲粮。3个能量水平分别为NRC标准(1998年)推荐消化能需要的90%、100%和110%。试验期内各组平均日采食量相同,但摄入的消化能水平不同。在试验第1 d、8 d、15 d和22 d收集血样。结果显示:随着试验时间的延长,高能组血清FSH、LH、INS、IGF-Ⅰ含量均显著升高(P<0.05);低能组四种激素含量显著降低(P<0.05);研究结果显示,高能量饲粮可促进后备母猪血清FSH、LH、INS及IGF-I的分泌。This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary energy levels on serum hormone secretion in gilts. Twenty-seven crossbred (LandracexYorkshire) gilts, and the body weight of(61 +3.1 )kg were selected and randomly allocated to three groups. And fed with three dietary energy levels were 90%, 100% ,and 110% ,accounting for NRC (1998) recommended of digestible energy. Three groups were fed with the same ADFI in experimental period, but DE levels of diets was different. Blood samples was collected on 1,8,15,22 d. The results showed that as the increasing of feed time,concentrations of serum FSH,LH,INS and IGF- I were increased in the high energy group (P〈0.05). But the concentrations of these serum in the low energy group were reduced significantly (P〈0.OS).The results indicated that higher dietary energy could insrease the secretion of serum FSH, LH, INS and IGF-
