摘  要:中石化洛阳工程有限公司与中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司研究院(齐鲁分公司研究院)合作开发了LQSR(LPEC&QILU SULFUR RECOVERY)节能型硫磺回收尾气处理技术,在中国石油化工股份有限公司九江分公司(九江分公司)两套70 kt/a硫磺回收装置上工业应用,结果表明,装置各项参数运行正常,总硫回收率在99.95%以上,未引入煤化工酸性气时,烟气SO2排放浓度在200 mg/m^3左右;煤化工酸性气引入后,烟气SO_2排放浓度在300 mg/m^3左右,两种情况下,装置烟气SO_2排放浓度均满足小于400 mg/m^3的设计指标,同时达到GB 31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》规定的一般地区烟气SO_2排放浓度小于400 mg/m^3的新标准。后期九江分公司采用齐鲁分公司研究院开发的"LS-De GAS降低硫磺装置烟气SO_2排放成套技术",装置烟气SO_2排放浓度在30~80 mg/m^3波动,远低于中石化制定的小于200 mg/m^3的指标要求。SINOPEC Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd., in cooperation with Research Institute of SINOPEC Qilu Petrochemical Co. , has developed LQSR (Luoyang Qilu Sulfur Recovery) energy-saving tech- nology for tail gas treatment of sulfur recovery unit. The LQSR energy-saving technology for tail gas treatment has been successfully applied in the two commercial 70,000 TPY sulfur recovery units in SINONPEC Jiujiang Petrochemical Company. The commercial operation shows that all parameters of the unit are normal and the to- tal sulfur recovery rate is over 99.95%. When sour gas was not introduced into the unit from coal-chemical operation, the SO= emission concentration in flue gas was about 200 mg/m^3. After sour gas from coal chemical production was introduced into the unit, the SO2 emission concentration in flue gas was around 300 mg/m^3. In both cases, the SO2 emission concentrations of flue gas meet the design specification of lower titan 400 rng/m^3. It also meets the requirements for the fuel gas emissions of SO2 of lower than 400 mg/m^3 specified in the latest "Standards for the Discharge of Pollutants in Petroleum Refining Industry GB 31570--2015". After the pack- age IS-DeGAS technology for reducing SO2 emission concentration in flue gas of sulfur recovery unit was ap- plied by SINONPEC Jiujiang Petrochemical Company in the later stage, the SO2 emission concentration in title gas is in tile range of 30 - 80 mg/m^3, which is much lower than the 200 mg/m^3 as required by SINOPEC.
