慢性心力衰竭患者采用稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗的效果及对心功能血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者采用稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗的效果及对心功能、血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年2月在本院住院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者286例,分为观察组和对照组各143例,观察组给予稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗,对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,比较2组治疗的效果及对心功能[左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、血管内皮功能[内皮细胞微粒(EMPs)含量、加压前后肱动脉管径变化的百分比(FMD)]的影响。结果观察组总有效率为95.11%,明显高于对照组的总有效率(76.72%)且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后LVEDD、EMPs均较治疗前降低且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后LVEDD、EMPs低于对照组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后LVEF、FMD均较治疗前升高且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后LVEF、FMD高于对照组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗能够显著提高慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果,并显著改善患者心功能及血管内皮功能。Objective To explore the effect of Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol on heart function and vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods Two hundred and eighty- six patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 143 cases in each group. The observation group was giv- en the Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment and the control group were given metoprolol treatment. We compared two treatments and their effect on left ventricular function E end diastolic diameter （LVEDD）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）], vascular endothelial function ]-endothelial microparticles （EMPs） content, percentage change of hrachial artery pressure the diameter and （FMD）] influence. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 95.11%, significantly higher than the control group in the total effi- ciency （76.72%） and had a statistically significant difference （ P 〈0.05）. LVEDD, EMPs in the two groups af- ter treatment were lower than those before treatment and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）, LVEDD, EMPs in the observation group after treatment, were lower than those in the control group and had sta- tistically differences （ P〈0.05） ; LVEF, FMD in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. LVEF, FMD in the observation group af- ter treatment, were higher than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Wenxin granule and metoprolol can significantly improve the treatment effect on patients with chronic heart failure, and significantly improve cardiac function and vascular endothelial function.
