浅谈预制装配式楼梯结构的施工技术

摘　　要：预制装配式楼梯是目前较新的一种施工技术方式,它是通过定型钢模板预制浇筑成型的一种楼梯结构,浇筑完成后吊装运输与主体连接。本文提出了预制装配式楼梯的施工难点以及要点,并根据个人的观点进行整体分析,目的是为了能更好的优化预制装配式楼梯的施工技术,同时描述了预制楼梯的制作方法、材料订制,以及组成加工工艺等的详细做法,以达到更好的经济效益和社会效益,相对于传统现浇楼梯来说具有更好的灵活性和可操作性,同时证明了预制装配式结构的可行性和创新性。Prefabricated stair is a new way of a kind of construction technology, it is through the template prefab- ricated steel casting molding a staircase structure, connected to the main body casting after the completion of the lifting transportation.This paper presents a prefabricated stairs construction difficulties and key points,and ac- cording to the personal view on the overall analysis ,the purpose is to better optimize the prefabricated construc- tion technology of the stairs, and expounds the methods of making the precast stairs, and the composition of mate- rials ordering, processing technology in detail, it has obtained excellent economic and social benefits, and has bet- ter flexibility and maneuverability compared with the traditional cast-in-place stairs ,and proves the feasibility and innovation of prefabricated assembly structure.
