降低集落细纱长车落纱断头的生产实践

摘　　要：为了减少集落细纱机断头，介绍集落细纱机特征，分析国产集落细纱机运行效率不高的现状，从张力重起上升时间设置、张力重起停顿时间设置、张力重起速度设置、起始恒速设置、落纱恒速设置及钢丝圈质量因素对落纱断头的影响等方面，详述DTM139型集落细纱机使用情况，并就集落细纱机钢领板升降电机上升和下降的速度控制以及改造钢领板小电机被动链轮大小两方面阐述国产集落细纱机落纱断头的应时措施。指出：1008锭集落细纱机改进后纺CJ 14．6 tex纱，落纱断头由约85根／台降至约20根／台；纺CJ 36．4 tex和CJ 27．8 tex纱落纱断头由约200根／台降至约15根／台，可降低挡车工的劳动强度，减少开车时的吸风花，提高产品制成率；集落细纱长车落纱断头产生的原因是多方面的，要从工艺和管理两方面着手。To reduce doffing breakage with long spinning frame, introduction is made to the characteristics of spinning frames. Analysis is done of the status quo of domestic spinning frames with poor operating efficiency.Detailed introduction is done to the long spinning frame DTM139 in application including tension reset of acceleration, stop andspeed,reset of start con- stant,doffing constant, and quality with the travllers. Some countermeasures are presented against doffing breakage from the two aspects including speed control of ascending and descend- ing of the lifting motors of ring bars and transformation of driven sprocket of the small lifting motors in size.It is pointed out that the long spinning frame 1008 in case of modification,spins CJ 14.6 tex yarn with doffing breakage of about 20 pcs per unit instead of about 85 pcs per unit before modification whereas spinning yarn CJ 36.4 tex and CJ 27.8 tex,the doffing breakage is as less as about 15 pcs per unit instead of 200 pcs per unit as compared before modification, markedly reducing labor tensity and start-up flies with high yield of products. The doffing breakage happens with multiple causes. Efforts should be made from boththe technology and management.
