摘  要:针对危害性纤维、危害性疵点的清除效率和对棉纱棉布的影响与危害,分析了精梳机锡林齿密、齿形与精梳机产量、精梳棉纱成本、梳棉条疵点的清除、精梳棉纱质量的关系;说明精梳棉纱必须依靠精梳工序对危害性疵点、危害性纤维进一步清除,同时采用精梳机高密度顶梳、锡林清除对布面质量具有更大危害性的疵点,死棉、白星、僵斑、毛粒毛球等;通过对增加精梳机锡林齿密与梳棉条疵点、危害性纤维的清除效率和对精梳条、棉纱质量的控制效果分析,说明精梳机锡林齿密的增加,齿形、齿根、齿深的变化,既降低了危害性疵点和危害性纤维,又可以在保证质量的前提条件下减少精梳落棉率,降低纺纱成本。指出:精梳工序是关键性纺纱工序,增加精梳机顶梳密度和锡林齿密,是精梳棉纱降本增效的最佳方式之一;对某些危害性疵点及纤维的清除效果和效率方面,精梳机也许会比梳棉机更直接、更有效;未来精梳棉纱梳理质量的提高重点应向精梳工序倾斜;在发展纺机主机设备的同时,应注重关键纺纱器材的改进提高。As to the removal efficiency of harmful fiber and harmful defects and their influence on cotton yarn and fabric,analysis is done of combing cylinder regarding tooth population and profile on combing capacity, production cost, removal of sliver defect, and the quality of combed cotton yarn.It is necessary to do further removal of harmful fiber and harmful defects in the combing process.At the same time densely populated top combs and cylinders are recommended removal of defects such as dead cotton, white star, barky, neps and ball tops, which might impact fabric quality severely.The above-said efforts prove that increase of tooth popularity of cylinder and change of tooth profile,tooth root and tooth height not only reduce the harmful defects and harmful fiber,but also reduce noil rate and cost of spinning in the premise of quality guarantee.It is pointed out that combing spinning process is of first importance.One of the best way lowering the cost and increasing profit is to increase the tooth density of top comb and cylinder.As to the efficiency of removal and production, combing machine may be better than carding machine in a more direct and effective way.The future qualiy of corned yarn will be dominated by combing process.It is recommended that key accessories be highlighted in innovation with the progress of the textile machinery.
