新疆机采棉与手采棉纺纱成本比较

摘　　要：为了提高新疆机采棉的成纱质量与价值，介绍机采棉的发展、价格优势及质量缺陷，阐述新疆机采棉与手采棉的区别；比较分析新疆机采棉与手采棉在生产普梳棉纱、精梳棉纱，以及机采长绒棉与手采长绒棉在生产精梳细号纱时的生产成本和棉纱价格。指出：尽管新疆机采细绒棉和长绒棉的价格分别比手采细绒棉和长绒棉低1000元／t和6000元／t以上，但机采棉短缄率和含杂量偏高，用棉系数大，质量难以控制，棉纱品质相对较差，棉纱售价远低于手采棉纱；必须总结经验，完善技术，提高新疆机采棉的质量和使用范围。To improve the yarn quality and the value of the machine-picked cotton in Xinjiang, introduction is made to the development, price advantage and quality defects of the machinepicked cotton in Xinjiang in spinning of carded yarn and combed yarn,moreover,comaprison is made also to the difference in spinning of combed fine count yarn with long staple cotton both machine-picked and hand-picked.It is pointed out that as to the upland cotton and long staple cotton in Xinjiang, the machine-picked is 1000 yuan/t and 6000 yuan/t lower than the handpicked, but the short fiber content and impurity content is high, with a high cotton consumption coefficient,difficult to control the quality of cotton yarn, and cotton yarn quality is relatively poor,consequently the price being much lower than the hand-picked cotton yarn.Efforts must be made in summing up experience, improving technology for better quality of Xinjiang machine-picked cotton and the application range.
