摘　　要：硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料保温管道是原油输送用的常规性产品，由于其保温效果好、抗压强度高、吸水率低而得到广泛应用。硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料生产过程中由于参与化学反应的成份较多、反应复杂，易出现影响泡沫质量的问题。通过分析硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的发泡原理，进行配方调整，进而指导生产，解决生产过程中由于泡沫发泡不稳定所导致的系列问题，提高了产品质量，满足了油田地面工程建设的需要。Rigid polyurethane foam insulation pipes are widely used in crude oil transportation pipelines due to good thermal insulation effect, high compressive strength and low water absorption. Because of many chemical components involving complex reaction in the production of rigid polyurethane foam plastic, the quality of rigid polyurethane foam plastic is apt to have quality problem. The problem is solved by analyzing foaming mechanism and adjusting foaming formulation. The product quality is improved and satisfies the requirement of oilfield surface engineering construction.
