摘 要:针对峰值电流模DC-DC变换器固有的次谐波振荡问题,设计一种基于标准0.35μm CMOS工艺的新型自适应斜坡补偿电路。对消除振荡的斜坡补偿原理分析后,提出带反馈环的自适应斜坡补偿电路来实现,并用Cadence EDA工具Spect r e进行仿真。仿真结果表明:当输出占空比大于50%时,经过斜坡补偿后的波形占空比调制小于50%;固定输入电压为3.3V时,输出电压从2V逐渐变化到2.8V时,斜率紧随输出电压的变大而变大,具有较高的补偿精度和速度。仿真结果验证了带反馈环的自适应斜坡补偿电路的可行性。An adaptive slope compensation circuit fabricated in 0.35 Ix m CMOS process is pressented for the funda- mental harmonic oscillation problem of the peak current mode DC-DC converter. After analying the principle of slope compensation, a ramp generation and summing circuit with the feedback loop is designed to eliminae oscillation, and the simulation is also taken under Cadence EDA tools of spectre. As the simulation results showed, the ramp-com- pensated waveform duty cycle modulation is less than 50% while the output duty cycle is greater than 50%; for a input voltage is 3.3V, the compensation slope increased gradually as the output voltage was changing from 2V to 2.8V. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the adaptive ramp compensation circuit with feedback.
