摘　　要：在党性教育中融入优秀传统文化,从创新党性教育的新实践来看,其主要做法：一是紧密结合中国共产党弘扬传统文化的优良传统和重大部署进行党性教育;二是紧密结合习近平总书记系列讲话弘扬传统文化的内容进行党性教育;三是紧密结合党性修养的传统文化渊源进行党性教育;四是紧密结合人生修养的文化传统进行党性修养教育。文章建议,党性教育一定要高度重视弘扬传统文化,一定要扩大党建学科研究的内涵和外延,党性教育弘扬传统文化一定要坚持马克思主义的指导思想和方法论,一定要重视教师的选拔和培养。Several approaches are advisable in exploring ways for innovating Party spirit education as to incor- porate fine traditional cultures into it. First, incorporate the Party＇s fine traditions and major strategies on carrying forward fine traditional cultures into the education. Second, incorporate the series of remarks made by President Xi Jinping on promoting fine traditional cultures into the education. Third, incorporate the origins of traditional cul- tures in cultivating the Party spirit into the education. And fourth, incorporate the traditions and cultures of person- ality cultivation into the education. To conclude, the paper suggests： great importance should be attached to promo- ting traditional cultures in Party spirit education ; the subject of Party building should be expanded both in intension and extension; Party spirit education should stick to the guiding principles of Marxist ideology and methodology; and due importance should be given to the selection and nurturing of the teaching staff.
