摘 要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和显微硬度计等,研究了高品质厚规格X70管线钢连铸坯的低倍显微组织、高倍微观组织及显微硬度,分析总结了其组织变化规律。结果表明:X70管线钢铸坯微观组织主要为铁素体和退化珠光体,在原奥氏体晶界上分布着块状的先共析铁素体,在晶粒内部主要是针状铁素体、退化珠光体和细小的M/A岛,针状铁素体呈板条状,交错分布,有效地细化了晶粒。Macrostructure,microstructure and microhardness of X70 pipeline steel in continuous casting billet were studied,the variation law of the microstructure was analyzed and summarized by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and microhardness tester. The results show that the microstructure of the X70 pipeline steel billet mainly consists of ferrite and pearlite,massive proeutectoid ferrite is distributed on the prior austenite grain boundaries,in the grain interior there is mainly acicular ferrite,pearlite and fine M/A islands,the morphology of acicular ferrite forms like a lath,which has refined the grain effectively.
