摘 要:采用多弧离子镀技术在锆合金表面制备纯Cr涂层,利用扫描电镜(SEM)与Image J图像处理软件综合分析了纯Cr涂层的表面形貌,并对表面大颗粒的尺寸和数目进行了统计和分析;采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对涂层的相结构进行了分析;利用划痕仪和电化学工作站分析了气压对纯Cr涂层膜基结合力和耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着气压的升高,纯Cr涂层表面微坑缺陷减小,大颗粒数目和直径呈明显下降趋势,膜层结合力及耐腐蚀性增大。纯Cr涂层沿(110)晶面择优生长,1.6 Pa时,涂层的结合力达到最大值26 N,耐蚀性最佳。Pure Cr coating was prepared on the surface of zirconium alloy by multi-arc ion plating technology. Surface morphology of pure Cr coating and the size and number of large particles on the surface was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and Image J image processing software. Phase structure of the coating was analyzed by XRD. Effect of gas pressure on bonding force between coating and substrate and corrosion resistance of the coating was analyzed by means of scratch tester and electrochemical workstation. The results show that with the increasing of gas pressure,the micro-pits on the surface of pure Cr coating decrease,and the number and diameter of large particles decrease obviously,and the film adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating increase. It is observed that preferred orientation of the Cr coatings is( 110) lattice plane. When the gas pressure reaches 1. 6 Pa,the bonding force between coating and substrate reaches maximum value 26 N,and the best corrosion resistance is obtained.
