摘　　要：通过分析晨练过程中人体体感的变化规律及晨练服的功能要求,选用细旦丙纶与梦丝~交织,分别制作了两种单面汗布面料和两种双面棉毛面料作为晨练服面料。介绍了细旦丙纶和梦丝~的性能特点,测试并分析了4种面料的缩水率、弹性伸长率、弹性回复率、保暖率及透气性等性能,开发的丙纶与梦丝~交织纬编针织面料轻薄舒适、保暖率高、透气性良好、弹性及弹性回复率高,兼具舒适弹性、轻薄保暖和单向导湿功能,适用于制作性能优良的晨练服。Based on the analysis of the change law of human body sensation during morning exercises and func- tional requirements of morning exercises clothes, this paper selects fine denier polypropylene and MicroStretch to interknit two kinds of single jersey fabrics and two kinds of double-faced cotton fabrics. The properties of fine de- nier polypropylene and MicroStretch were introduced, and shrinkage, elastic elongation, elastic recovery rate, warmth retention and air permeability of these 4 kinds of fabrics were tested and analyzed. The weft knitted fabric with fine denier polypropylene and MicroStretch interknitting is light, thin and comfortable with high warmth re- tention, good permeability, good elasticity and elasticity recovery rate. Due to the comfortable elasticity, lightweight and warm retention, one-way moisture conducting function, the developed fabrics are suitable for making morning exercising clothes.
