摘　　要：针对常见纬编间隔织物表面花纹单调的问题,采用14.5 tex的Viloft纤维纱线和16.6 tex的涤纶DTY,在2+4针道JH-D双面大圆机上,开发表面花纹新颖的新型纬编间隔织物,阐述面料的编织工艺和染整工艺,并给出面料技术参数。该新型面料表面花纹新颖且保暖透气、穿着舒适,通过改变上机工艺参数,可以设计成格形、折纹形等多种花纹图案,为开发设计新颖纬编间隔织物提供参考。Aiming at the problem that the surface of weft knitted spacer fabrics has very less pattern potential,this paper uses 14.5 tex Viloft fiber yam and 16.6 tex polyester DTY to develop a new weft knitted spacer fabricwith new surface pattern is developed on the 2＋4 tracks JH＇D type double sided large diameter circular knittingmachine. The knitting process and dyeing and finishing technology of fabric are described, and the technical pa-rameters of the fabric are given. The new weft knitted spacer fabric has novel patterns, good warmth retentionproperty, strong air permeability and comfortable wearing. Through changing the technological parameters, it can bedesigned into grid pattern, zigzag pattern and many other patterns, which provide reference for the design and de-velopment of novel weft knitted spacer fabrics.
