摘　　要：通过高档打底及休闲针织产品市场调研,采用长绒棉和超细腈纶纤维与丝光羊毛进行混纺,设计开发了弹力丝光羊毛罗纹、丝光羊毛小空气层面料,并采用低温染色新工艺进行染色,测试并分析了面料的性能指标。结果表明,开发的弹力丝光羊毛罗纹、丝光羊毛小空气层面料的羊毛质量损失率小于4.0%,强力及缩水率达到要求,且耐摩擦及耐皂洗色牢度达到4.0级以上。By market research of high-grade backing home leisure knitted products, using long-staple cotton and super fine acrylic fiber blended with wool, it designed and developed elastic mercerized wool rib and mercer- ized wool small milano fabric, and adopted the new low temperature dyeing process for dyeing, then tested and an- alyzed the performance of the fabric. The results show that for the developed fabric＇s wool weight loss rate is less than 4.0%, the strength and shrinkage can meet the requirement, and rubbing and soaping fastness reached above grade 4.0, which is the knitting render leisure garments ideal choice.
