摘　　要：以Viloft纤维与涤纶纤维混纺纱(1∶1)作为毛绒纱,涤纶FDY作为地纱,设计开发了Viloft纤维拉舍尔毛毯。介绍了Viloft纤维的性能,详细阐述了Viloft纤维拉舍尔毛毯的织造、前处理、染色、后整理工艺、以及关键技术和注意事项,测试并分析了产品的吸湿、透气、手感及外观质量。结果表明,Viloft纤维拉舍尔毛毯吸水率为62.8%、滴水扩散时间为5.3 s、芯吸高度为45 mm,透湿量达到4 253 g/m^2·24 h,具有优良的吸湿透气性能;产品绒面丰满、质地细腻、手感柔软滑爽,满足消费对纺织多样化、个性化、功能化、环保化的追求。The paper developed a Viloft fiber raschel blanket by using Viloft fiber and polyester fiber blended yarn （1：l） as plush yarn, polyester FDY as ground yarn. It introduced the properties of Viloft fiber, knitting pro- cess, pretreatment, dyeing, finishing process, and key technologies and precautions in detail. In addition, the moisture absorption, breathability, hard and appearance quality of the product were tested and analyzed. The results show that the water absorption rate of Viloft fiber raschel is 62.8%, the diffusion time is 5.3 s, the wicking height is 45 mm, the moisture permeability is 4 253 g/m2.24 h, and the moisture absorption performance is excellent and the fabric is fluffy with delicate texture, soft hand and smoothness, which can meet the consumers＇ pursuit of di- versification, personalization, functionality and environmental protection.
