摘　　要：文中介绍了ASH气液染色机与传统气流染色机的区别,气液分离染色技术以及生产成本,并对生产实践中传统染色机和ASH气液染色机进行对比,对比分析了载量、浴比、耗电量、耗水量、耗汽量。结果表明,ASH气液机浴比较小,载量大,浴比可降低到1.0∶3.5,载量可达300 kg/管;耗水量、耗汽量均明显小于传统染色机,节约能源并降低了生产成本。In this paper, the difference between ASH gas-liquid dyeing machine and traditional air-dyeing ma- chine, gas-liquid separation dyeing technology and production cost were introduced. The ASH gas-liquid dyeing machine was used in the production practice and compared with the traditional dyeing machine, the load, bath ra- tio, power consumption, water consumption and air consumption were compared and analyzed. The results show that the bath ratio of ASH gas-liquid can be reduced to 1.0：3.5, the load capacity of up to 300 kg, water and air con- sumption are significantly smaller than the traditional dyeing machine with energy saving and cost reduction.
