摘  要:采用全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱(GC×GC-TOFMS),建立了纺织品中多氯联苯类物质(PCBs)的定性筛查方法,并考察定量方法性能。采用正己烷作为提取剂,超声波提取,浓硫酸磺化法净化,全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱仪进行检测,并与一维气相体系比较。结果表明,定量方法考察显示,其定量限为100μg/kg,线性相关系数均大于0.990 0,三水平方法回收率为77.5%~89.3%,相对标准偏差在5.7%~15.0%。The qualitative screening method of PCBs in textiles was established by using comprehensive two di- mensional gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry (GC×GC-TOFMS), and the performance of quanti- tative methods was investigated. Samples were extracted with n-hexane by ultrasonic, cleaned-up with concentrated H2SO4, analyzed by GC×GC-TOFMS and compared with one-dimensional gas phase system (GC-ECD). The results show that GC×GC-TOFMS has significant advantages in the separation and qualitative analysis of isomers of PCBs, with the limit of quantification (LOQ) of 100 μg/kg, and the linear correlation coefficient of 4 selected PCBs was above 0.99, the recovery is in the range of 77.5%-89.3% and the relative standard deviation is 5.7%-15.0% which is higher than that of traditional method.
