断指或断肢再植成活因素的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的分析影响断指或断肢再植成活的因素。方法随机抽取我院断指再植患者25例,断肢再植患者20例。观察各种因素对患者再植成活的影响情况。结果 25例断指患者中,成活者24例,坏死者仅1例,断指成活率为96%;20例断肢患者中全部均成活,断肢成活率高达100%,总成活率98%。结论在断指/断肢再植成活单因素分析中,患者年龄、伤情程度、保存方法、致伤原因等和再植成活相关,患者性别、输血等因素和再植成活不相关;多因素分析中,患者致伤原因,肢体伤情,吻合质量,术后管理等对断指/肢再植成活均有影响。Objective To analyze the factors that affect the replantation of severed finger or limb. Methods Twenty-five patients with replantation of amputated limbs and twenty patients with amputated limb were randomly selected.The influence of various factors on the replantation of patients was observed. Results Twenty-five patients with replantation of amputated limbs,24 patients were survival,1 patient was had dead,the survival rate of the severed finger was 96%.All twenty patients with amputated limb were survival,the survival rate of amputated limbs was 100%.The total survival rate was 98%. Conclusion In replanted successfully single factor analysis of the severed finger or amputated limbs,the age,degree of injury,preservation methods,injury cause and replantation of patients are associated,the gender and album intransfusion of patients are not related to reproduction.In multifactorial analysis,the injury cause,degree of injury,quality anastomosis,postoperative management of patients and replanted successfully of severed fin^er or amputated limbs are associated.
