摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定Al-B中间合金中高含量硼,硼的质量分数为0.5%~9.0%,样品用HCl-HNO_3混合酸溶解,用高纯铝基体匹配校正基体效应。采用发射强度大小适中的208.889 nm波长作为硼的分析谱线,提高了高含量硼测定结果的准确性。本法测定值与化学法的一致,但更简单快速,线性范围宽,检出限(3S/N)为0.008 6 mg/L,样品加标回收率在98.6%~101.4%之间,相对标准偏差(n=10)在1.23%~1.55%之间。A method for determination of high content of boron that is between 0.5% and 9.0% in aluminum boron master alloys by ICP-AES was proposed, the samples were dissolved with HCl-HNO3 mixed acid solution, and the matrix effect was corrected with the high purity aluminum matrix. The accuracy of the determination result of high content of boron was improved by using the moderate emission intensity of the wavelength 208. 889 nm as the analytical line of boron. Determination values of the method were consistent with that of the chemical method, the method was simple and fast with a large linear range, and detection limit (3S/N) was found as 0. 008 6 mg/L, the recoveries of standard samples addition were in the range of 98.6% - 101.4% , and the values of RSD ( rt = 10 ) were in the range of 1.23% - 1.55%.
