0.1%苯扎氯胺溶液治疗念珠菌间擦疹98例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察0.1%苯扎氯铵溶液治疗念珠菌间擦疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的228例念珠菌间擦疹患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各114例。治疗组予0.1%苯扎氯铵溶液湿敷,对照组予2%酮康唑乳膏外搽,疗程均为7天。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为90.82%和82.29%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其不良反应发生率分别为0和5.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论0.1%苯扎氯铵溶液湿敷可用于治疗念珠菌间擦疹,且安全性高。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.1% Benzalkonium Chloride Solution in the treatment of Candidal Intertrigoes.Methods Two hundred and twenty-eight cases were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups according to the table of random numbers,114 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated by wet compress with 0.1% Benzalkonium Chloride Solution, and those in the control group were treated by the medicine for external application,2% Ketoconazole Cream.Both of treatments lasted for 7 days.Results Between the two groups, statistically significant difference didn＇t exist for the effective rates were 90.82% and 82.29% respectively（P〉0.05）, but did exist for the significant difference of the adverse reaction rates were 0 and 5.21% respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Wet compress with 0.1% Benzalkonium Chloride Solution, which has the advantage of high safety, can be used to treat the patients suffering from Candidal intertrigoes.
