老年尖锐湿疣患者生活质量调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的评估老年尖锐湿疣患者生活质量,并对其相关因素进行分析。方法选择老年尖锐湿疣患者59例作为研究组,随机选取同龄非尖锐湿疣人群为对照组。采用DLQI量表进行生活质量评估,并分析患者性别、收入状况、婚姻、病程、伴随疾病等因素,与对照组进行比较。结果生活质量平均分比较,研究组(14.92±2.167)明显高于对照组(10.63±1.272),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在研究组内,性别、经济状况、婚姻状况、病程是患者生活质量的影响因素,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否伴有慢性疾病不认为是患者生活质量的影响因素,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年尖锐湿疣患者生活质量普遍下降,在临床治疗过程中进行心理干预是必要的。Objective To investigate the quality of life in elderly patients with condyloma acuminatum,and to analyze the influence factors.Methods DLQI was applied in evaluation of quality of life.Analysis of patients＇gender, income, marriage, the course of the disease.Statistics methods with SPSS 17.0 were used to analyze the data.Test level SymbolaA@ was 0.05.Results The team quality of life is significantly lower than the control group（14.92±2.167vs10.63±1.272, P〈0.001）.In the study group, the gender, economic status, marital status, and course of disease were the factors influencing the quality of life of the patients, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Whether accompanied by chronic disease is not considered to be a factor in the quality of the patient＇s life, the difference is not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion In elderly patients with condyloma acuminatum quality of life has generally been declining, it is necessary to carry out psychological intervention in the process of clinical treatment.
