带状疱疹误诊为胆囊结石1例

摘　　要：患者男,67岁。右上腹部及背部疼痛20天,加重伴水疱并红斑丘疹半月。曾于外院先后以"胆囊结石,带状疱疹"治疗效果欠佳,皮损局部外用喷昔洛韦乳膏、酞丁胺乳膏后新发红斑丘疹并逐渐蔓延至四肢、躯干。来本院后修改诊断:带状疱疹;接触性皮炎;自身敏感性皮炎。给予对症治疗1周后皮损消退,神经痛好转。A 67-year-old male presented with the pain in his right upper abdomen and back for 20 days, increased with blisters and erythema papules for half a month.In other hospitals have to ＂gallstones, herpes zoster＂ poor treatment, local skin lesions with Ganciclovir ointment,Ftibamzone Ointment after the new papules and gradually spread to the limbs, trunk.In our hospital after the revised diagnosis： herpes zoster; contact dermatitis; autosensitization dermatitis.Given symptomatic treatment 1 week after the lesion subsided, neuralgia improved.
