济宁市医院洁净手术室综合性能评定分析

摘　　要：目的评价医院洁净手术室的综合性能状况,保障建设和医院双方的合法权益,促进医院洁净手术室的管理维护及发展。方法根据技术规范要求,对济宁市38所医院新建和维护后的195间及正常使用中的111间洁净手术室进行综合性能评定和分析。结果新建和维护后洁净手术室的风速、换气次数、静压差、噪声、最低照度、温度、相对湿度、尘埃粒子数(≥0.5μm)、尘埃粒子数(≥5μm)和沉降菌合格率分别为91.43%、98.13%、94.87%、95.90%、94.87%、98.46%、93.85%、92.82%、96.92%、97.95%,总合格率为75.90%;使用中洁净手术室上述指标的合格率分别为52.94%、91.49%、73.40%、71.28%、91.49%、98.87%、79.79%、68.09%、80.85%、88.30%,总合格率仅为34.04%。结论各类洁净手术室监测技术指标均不合格,充分说明洁净手术室在建设和使用中存在着诸多问题,由第三方对新建及维护后并定期对使用中的洁净手术室进行综合性能的监测评定,对促进医院洁净手术室建设,保障医疗安全,促进医院发展至关重要。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the comprehensive performance of clean operation rooms in hospitals,guarantee the legal rights and interests and promote the management and maintenance of clean operation rooms in hospitals.METHODS A total of 306 clean operation rooms were selected including 195 rooms newly built or post maintenance and 111 rooms in normal use from 38 hospitals for the comprehensive performance evaluation according to the related technical regulations.RESULTS The qualified rates of the wind speed,ventilation frequency,pressure differentials,noise,minimum illumination,temperature,relative humidity,dust particle number（more than or equal to 0.5μm）,dust particle number（more than or equal to 5μm）and settling microbe of clean operation rooms newly built or post maintenance were 91.43%,98.13%,94.87%,95.90%,94.87%,98.46%,93.85%,92.82%,96.92%,97.95%,respectively,and the total qualified rate was 75.90%.Those for clean operation rooms in normal use were 52.94%,91.49%,73.40%,71.28%,91.49%,98.87%,79.79%,68.09%,80.85%,88.30%,respectively,and the total qualified rate was only 34.04%.CONCLUSION There is no clean operation room that is fully qualified.The situation illustrates that there are many problems in construction and daily use of clean operation rooms.It is important for third party to conduct comprehensive performance evaluation of clean operation rooms,which can promote the construction of hospital clean operation rooms,ensure the medical safety and promote the development of the hospitals.
