On Optimizing the Extraction of the Total Flavonoids of Passiflora Edulis Sims' Skin with the Response Surface Method

摘  要:以紫果西番莲果皮总黄酮提取量为指标,通过响应面法考察提取时间、提取温度和乙醇体积分数对总黄酮提取工艺的影响。优化后得到最佳条件如下:提取时间0.5 h,提取温度75.97℃,乙醇体积分数58.70%,总黄酮理论提取量为11.81 mg/g,实际提取量为11.70 mg/g。实测值与理论值相差较小,充分验证了实验方法的可靠性。The extraetion time, extraction temperature and the wlume flaction of ethanol volume were investigated by the response surface method to determine the influence on the extraction of flavonoids based on the index of the extraction amount of passiflora edulis sims' skin. After optimization, the best conditions are got as follows: extraction time 0.5 h, extraction temperature 75.97 ℃, 58.70% ethanol volume fraelion, total flavonoids content was 11.81 rag/g, actual extraction amount is 11.70 mg/g. The difference between the measured value and the thenretieal value is small and the reliability of the experimeutal method is fully verified.
