摘　　要：2016年到2017年两年内，中央环保督察完成了对全国31省份的全覆盖。污染治理力度之大前所未有、环境质量改善速度之快前所未有。Li Ganjie, the minister of Ministry of Environmental Protection, has used the word 'unprecedented' five times to describe the development and achievement in the protection of ecological environment and the construction of ecological civilization over the past five years. It is noteworthy that the State Council has issued three action plans for the prevention and control of air pollution, water pollution and soil pollution. In the Report to the 19 the CPC National Congress, the CPC has incorporated Beautiful China into its two-stage development plan for building a great modern socialist country. What is more, from 2016 January to 2017 August, the central environmental protection inspection has been carried out in all the provinces in China.
