摘  要:采用纳米金(15 nm)标记神经元特异性烯醇化酶抗体(anti-NSE)获得金标记anti-NSE。在适宜的条件下,金标记anti-NSE可与神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)发生免疫反应生成NSE的免疫金复合物,使纳米金发生凝集,该液相体系在620 nm处共振光散射信号显著增强。实验表明,NSE质量浓度在0.05~20 ng/m L范围内与共振光散射增强值呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.01 ng/m L,方法已用于人血清中NSE的定量分析。Gold nanoparticles of 15 nm were attached to neuron specific enolase (anti-NSE). The immune reaction between neuron specific enolase (NSE) and gold-labeled anti-NSE occurred in certain condition, and the resonance light scattering intensity at 620 nm increased significantly. △I620nm had a good linear relationship with NSE concentrations in range of O. 05 -20 ng/mL, getting the detection limit of 0.01 ng/mL NSE. It was used for the quantitative detecting of NSE in the clinical diagnosis with good results.
