摘  要:本文分析了进境种牛在境外出口隔离场免疫牛病毒性腹泻灭活疫苗后,对该病后续检疫工作的影响:从血清样品中进行病毒分离会受到干扰;对出口隔离场检疫所用的抗原捕捉ELISA几乎没有影响;对种牛在国内进口隔离场检疫及后续检疫时,如使用针对结构蛋白Erns的抗原捕捉ELISA试剂盒,则影响较小,如使用针对非结构蛋白的NS2-3抗原捕捉ELISA试剂盒,则影响很大;免疫导致无法区分自然感染和免疫反应。进而提出了取消免疫该疫苗的建议,并得到了进出口国政府主管部门的认同并付诸实施。After breeding cattle imported into China vaccinated with vaccines containing inactivated Bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV)in pre-export isolation facilities,it would bring subsequent effects in quarantine. In this paper,the influence of follow-up quarantine work for this disease were analyzed as followed :BVDV isolation from serum samples was disturbed;There was ignorable effects for BVDV detection with antigen capture ELISA in preexport isolation facilities;For cattle quarantine at the domestic quarantine and subsequent quarantine inspection in China,Erns AC-ELISA was much better than NS2-3 AC-ELISA for BVDV detection;Antibody responses to BVDV vaccines couldn't be distinguished from response of natural infection. The proposal of cancelling vaccination of BVDV should be canceled were put forward,and was accepted by the authorities of import and export countries.
