摘　　要：本文全面分析了我国兽医实验室能力验证计划10余年来的发展轨迹,从多方面、多维度总结分析我国动物检疫领域能力验证计划的实施情况,梳理了我国兽医领域能力验证现状、特点及所存问题,指出了我国兽医领域能力验证缺乏规范化管理的现状。基于目的性、系统性、科学性、兼容性和实用性的构建原则,创造性的提出了兽医实验室能力验证分类方法及兽医实验室能力验证体系表建立的初步设想。In this article,a comprehensive analysis on the progress of the proficiency testing plan for veterinary laboratories of China during the past decade was conducted. And the implementation of the plan in animal inspection and quarantine was also summarized from multiple aspects and dimensions,then the current situation,characteristics and existing problems were sorted out,which identified the lack of standardized management as a deficiency in that testing system. At last,on the basis of principles of purpose,systematicness,science-based,compatibility and practicability,related classification methods of proficiency testing system and preliminary ideas about establishing a system diagram were put forward.
