摘 要:目的分析多层螺旋CT(MSCT)影像应用在慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者的小血管与肺截面积比值诊断病情的临床价值。方法依据电脑筛选的方法抽选于2015年8月-2017年1月入院治疗的90例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者作为研究组和80名正常人作为对照组诊断资料进行对比。结果当取肺小血管截面积<5 mm^2时和血小管截面积为5~10 mm^2时,研究组都低于对照组的比值(P<0.05),但肺功能轻重程度不同的患者当小血管5~10 mm^2或小于5 mm^2时肺截面积比值纵向比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对COPD患者采取多层螺旋CT成像,通过小血管与肺截面积比值判定组织实际分化程度和病情发展状况,指导后续治疗。【Objective】To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice computed tomography(MSCT) in diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) through analyzing cross-sectional area ratio of small pulmonary vessel to lung.【Methods】?According to the computer screening method, ninety COPD patients treated in our hospital during August 2015 and January 2017 were included in the research group, 80 normal persons were included in the control group, and their diagnostic data were compared.【Results】When cross-sectional area of small pulmonary vessels was less than 5 mm^2 and between 5 and 10 mm^2, the ratio of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05), but there was no significant statistical difference in the ratio among patients with different lung function.【Conclusion】MSCT is performed in patients with COPD, and the subsequent therapy is guided through the cross-sectional area ratio of the small blood vessel to lungs to determine actual differentiation degree and the development of disease.
