摘  要:研究高门尼粘度稀土顺丁橡胶(NdBR)的结构及并用胶性能。结果表明,门尼粘度67的NdBR-1~#的相对分子质量分布为3.26,门尼粘度72的NdBR-2~#的相对分子质量分布为2.31,分布较窄。高门尼NdBR的滚动阻力与低门尼NdBR相近,耐屈挠龟裂和耐裂口增长性能优异,耐热空气老化性能改善。NdBR/NR并用胶研究表明,相比低门尼NdBR,两种高门尼NdBR均明显改善抗切割和耐裂口增长性能,其中,NdBR-1~#的加工性能和动态力学性能较佳,NdBR-2~#耐裂口增长性能则进一步改善。The structure of high Mooney viscosity neodymium butadiene rubber (NdBR) and the properties of NdBR blends were investigated. The results showed that, the Mooney viscosity of NdBR-1 # was 67, and the molecular weight distribution index was 3.26; the Mooney viscosity of NdBR-2# was 72, and the molecular weight distribution index was 2.31. The high Mooney viscosity NdBR exhibited the same rolling resistance as the low Mooney viscosity NdBR, possessed excellent flex crack resistance and crack growth resistance, and improved hot air aging resistance. The study on NdBR/NR blends also showed that the cutting resistance and crack growth resistance were significantly improved by using high Mooney viscosity NdBR compared with using low Mooney viscosity NdBR. In comparison, the processing properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the compound using NdBR-1# were better, and the crack growth resistance of the rubber compound containing NdBR-2# was better.
