摘  要:对超耐磨全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶配方进行优化。结果表明,在胎面胶配方中生胶体系采用天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶并用(并用比83/17),补强体系采用炭黑N134/白炭黑并用(并用比52/5),防护体系采用防老剂RD/4020并用(并用比1/1.5),胶料的t_(90)缩短,硫化胶的耐磨性能改善,其他物理性能较好,成品轮胎的耐久和速度性能提高。The tread formulation in ultra-wear resistant truck and bus radial tire was optimized. In the optimized tread formulation,NR/BR blend with a blending ratio of 83/17 was used as the rubber matrix, carbon black N134/silica blend at the ratio of 52/5 was applied as the reinforcing system, and antioxidant RD/4020 blend at the ratio of 1 / 1.5 was selected as the protective system. It was found that the t90 of the compound was shortened, the wear resistance of the vulcanizate was improved, other physical properties of the vulcanizate were also good, and the endurance performance and high speed performance of the finished tire were improved.
