摘　　要：开关电源以其高效率、低功耗等特点在各领域应用广泛。作为开关电源主要组成部分的DC/DC变换器,具有高精度,强隔离性和高稳定性等特点,是具有特殊功能的混合集成电路。DPASwitch系列产品是PI公司生产的高度集成DC/DC开关转换IC,其性能优越、设计灵活。简单介绍了DPA-Switch系列芯片的原理与主要功能,给出了三种基于该系列芯片DC/DC变换器的设计实例:单端反激式单路输出电路、单端正激式单路输出电路和单端反激式双路输出电路,包括电路原理图和测试所得的电性能指标,并对其工作原理进行了说明。Switch power supply is widely used in all kinds of fields because of its notable features,such as high efficiency and low power consumption.DC/DC converter is the main component of switch power supply,and it has the characters of high output voltage accuracy,better isolation performance and stability.It＇s a kind of HIC with special function.The series products of DPA-Switch are highly integrated DC/DC switch conversion IC,they not only has the superior performance,but also can be designed flexibly.In this paper,the principle and the main function of the series of DPA-Switch chip are introduced briefly.Then three design examples of DC/DC converter based on DPA-Switch chip are provided,they are single output circuit of Single-Ended flyback,single output circuit of Single-Ended forward and Double-route output of Single-Ended flyback.Meanwhile,the circuit schematics and electrical performance indicators achieved by testing are shown,and the principles are introduced.
