摘  要:"校企双导师制"是以培养学生职业能力和职业素养为目标的一种人才培养模式。为达到专业人才培养目标,根据建筑装饰企业中小微特点,可以成立工作机构、制定实施方案、融合校企师资、实现产教融合、工学交替以及全程考核等,培养学生综合能力,保证实施效果。对实施过程中出现的相关问题,可采取优化实习时间、制定全专业推广措施、进一步加强产教融合、加大激励力度等来解决。School-enterprise cooperation"Two-Mentoring"is a pattern of talents training. Thepattern tends to develop students’ professional ability and quality. It is based on small and microcharacteristics of architectural decoration enterprises. To guarantee the effectiveness of pattern work, it isnecessary to put an emphasis on establishing work organization, designing implementation plan,cooperating school-enterprise teachers, realizing school teaching with enterprise producing, alternatingworking with learning and assessing the whole process. The pattern of talents training has achievedcertain significant results. In the process of implementation some problems appear. Suggestions havebeen put forward to solve the problems, such as optimizing internship time, working out the wholeprofessional promotion measures, strengthening the fusion of production and education and increasingincentives.
