摘  要:为了解决新鲜农产品低温缓慢烘干过程中的腐烂问题和能耗问题,运用紫外线灭菌原理和毛细管作用原理,设计制作了一种适合于农户家庭使用的全天候紫外烘晒保温排湿干燥箱。通过测试10种果蔬和中草药干燥工艺条件,考察了烘晒箱性能。结果显示,在35~80℃范围内,紫外灯照射下按工艺连续干燥后得到无腐烂的干品,干品常温下可保存时间1年以上;干燥箱内的毛细管膜具有保温排湿作用,节省能量。全天候紫外烘晒保温排湿干燥箱适合山区农户家庭进行新鲜农产品产地初加工。A peasant household drying equipment is invented to solve the problem of deteriorationduring the drying process of fresh agricultural products. The all-weather UV drying, thermal insulationand moisture-wicking oven is designed with the application of UV sterilization and capillarity. Itsperformance is tested by drying 10 kinds of fruits, vegetables and Chinese herbal medicines. The resultshows no sign of deterioration with the above things at the temperature ranging from 35 ℃ to 80 ℃ underUV light as per corresponding process. The capillary membrane inside the oven is capable of preservingheat as well as wicking moisture away, the dried products could be preserved in the oven under ambienttemperature for more than one year afterwards in an energy-efficient manner. The all-weather UV drying,thermal insulation & moisture-wicking oven can be used by peasants in mountainous regions as an idealequipment for preliminary processing of agricultural products at the place of origin.
