萍香丸联合脂芷艾条灸治疗血瘀证白癜风的临床观察及对血清IL-6的调控

摘　　要：目的观察萍香丸联合脂芷艾条灸治疗血瘀型白癜风的临床疗效及对患者血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平的调控。方法采用随机对照分组试验,将120例中医辨证为血瘀证白癜风的患者分为3组:对照组1,脂芷艾条灸外用;对照组2,萍香丸口服;治疗组40例,萍香丸口服联合脂芷艾条灸外用。治疗后对患者病情进行疗效评估,采用ELISA于治疗前后检测血清IL-6水平。结果治疗组治疗后疗效明确,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后各组患者IL-6水平较治疗前明显下调,差异有统计学意义(F=84.78,P<0.01);治疗组IL-6水平与对照组1及对照组2比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而对照组1与对照组2之间IL-6水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.28)。结论萍香丸联合脂芷艾条灸治疗血瘀证白癜风疗效明确,其对血清IL-6水平的下调作用与其治疗血瘀证白癜风的机制可能相关。Objective In order to observe the clinical effect and the modulation of serum IL-6 regulation of Pingxiang pillplus Zhizhi moxa-stick moxibustion on vitiligo patients of blood-stasis syndrome. Methods Totally 120 vitiligo patients ofblood-stasis syndrome were randomly assigned into three groups. Control group one n=40 were treated with Zhizhi moxa-stick moxibustion externally. Control group two n=40 were treated with Pingxiang pill orally. Treatment group n=40 weretreated with Pingxiang pill orally and the mentioned moxibustion externally. Before and after four weeks of clinicalobservation, the severity of disease was evaluated, and the serum IL -6 level was determined by ELISA. Results Thetreatment group showed obvious efficacy, the difference showed significance than control group P〈0.01 . The IL-6 levelsafter the treatment were down-regulated than before treatment in each group, the difference was significant F=84.78, P〈0.01 . The IL-6 level of the treatment group showed significance than control group one and control group two P〈0.01 ,but the IL-6 level between control group one and control group two showed no significance P=0.28 . Conclusion Thedown-regulation of serum IL-6 level may be one of the mechanisms of Pingxiang pill plus Zhizhi moxa-stick moxibustion intreating vitiligo patients of blood-stasis syndrome.
