摘  要:为测定鲁西黑头羊育肥性能,以小尾寒羊为对照,利用中等营养水平颗粒料进行70天育肥试验,并进行屠宰测定,结果在育肥环境平均温度26.88℃、相对湿度44.16%条件下,鲁西黑头羊公羔平均日增重317±34 g,母羔平均日增重236±27 g,与小尾寒羊相近;公羊和母羊料重比分别比小尾寒羊降低1.92%和4.94%。平均屠宰率(56.63%±1.83%)比小尾寒羊提高8.28个百分点(P<0.05),胴体净肉率(82.55%±0.89%)比小尾寒羊提高4.40个百分点(P<0.05),眼肌面积显著大于小尾寒羊(P<0.05),屠宰性能显著高于小尾寒羊。鲁西黑头羊皮张面积与小尾寒羊相近(P>0.05),鲜皮的综合质量显著好于小尾寒羊(P<0.05)。育肥每只鲁西黑头羊比小尾寒羊平均增加收入255.06元,经济效益显著。To determinate the fattening performance of Luxi Blackhead sheep,taking Small-tailed Han sheep as control,they were fed with the pellet feed on medium nutrition level for 70 days. The slaughter performance determination was carried out under the condition with the average temperature of 26. 88℃ and relative humidity of 44. 16%. The results showed that the average daily gain( ADG) of Luxi Blackhead sheep male lamb and ewe lamb were 317 ± 34 g and 236 ± 27 g,respectively,similar to that of Small-tailed Han Sheep. Compared with Small-tailed Han sheep,the feed gain ratio of male lamb and ewe increased by1. 92% and 4. 94%,respectively. The average dressing percentage( 56. 63% ± 1. 83%) increased by 8. 28 percentage point( P〈0. 05). The net meat percentage( 82. 55% ± 0. 89%) increased by 4. 40 percentage point( P〈0. 05). The eye muscle area and slaughter performance was significantly higher respectively( P〈0. 05). The hide area was similar to that of the Small-tailed Han Sheep( P〉0. 05),however,the comprehensive quality of fresh hide was significantly better. The average revenue per Luxi Blackhead sheep in fattening increased by 255. 06 Yuan. The economic benefit was significant.
