摘　　要：通过对宫缩过强导致相关组织(子宫螺旋动脉、绒毛组织及血管内皮细胞)被牵拉损伤的研究,对宫缩损伤性血压升高可能是子痫发作的决定因素的研究,并就其两者关系进行探讨,认为宫缩过强与子痫发作之间呈因果关系。The study of distraction induced injury of related tissues （uterine spiral arteries, villi and vascular endothelial cells） by excessive contractions,the uterine injury of high blood pressure can be a decisive factor of the onset of preeclampsia,and the relationship between them are discussed,that is the causal relationship between the too strong contractions of eclampsia and seizures.
