苏黄止咳胶囊与孟鲁司特联合治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨苏黄止咳胶囊与孟鲁司特联合治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年8月至2016年8月我院92例上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患者的临床资料,将入选的患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组46例,对照组患者口服孟鲁司特治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合口服苏黄止咳胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状积分变化。结果:研究组及对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为93.48%、76.09%,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者咳嗽咯痰症状均明显改善,且研究组显著优于对照组,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊与孟鲁司特联合应用可有效改善患者咳嗽咯痰症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床进行推广使用。Objective To explore the effects of SuHuang ZhiKe capsule plus montelukast for cough after upper respiratory tract infection. Methods： The clinical data of 92 cases of cough after upper respiratory tract infection from Aug. 2015 to Aug. 2016 were selected and divided into control group （n=46） and research group （n=46） randomly. The control group was taken montelukast orally and the observation group was taken SuHuang ZhiKe capsule plus montelukast. The clinical effects and symptom scores of the two groups were compared. Results： The clinical effects of research group and control group were 93.48% and 76.09% separately with signifcant difference （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the symptom scores were improved in the two groups, and the symptom scores in research groups were better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： SuHuang ZhiKe capsule plus montelukast can improve the symptom score of cough and expectoration with better effects for patients with cough after upper respiratory tract infection. It is worth generalizing and applying in clinic.
