摘  要:目的:通过观察X线及免疫组化,研究富含血小板血浆明胶对成年新西兰白兔胫骨粉碎性骨折愈合的预期积极作用。方法:将建立胫骨中段粉碎性骨折模型的成年新西兰白兔随机分成实验组和对照组,杀死部分实验白兔取血制备同种异源富含血小板血浆,明胶浸泡血浆制作富血小板明胶,并附着于实验组的骨折端,对照组骨折端附着空白明胶,所有白兔行骨折断端克氏针内固定。结果:实验组第4周X射线评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨折端骨痂行免疫组化显示:实验组BMP-2、VEGFA含量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:富含血小板血浆明胶能有效增加骨痂形成以及BMP-2、VEGFA合成,推论富血小板明胶对骨折愈合存在积极影响。Objective:To investigate the expected positive effect of gelatin with platelet-rich plasma on the healing of tibial comminuted fracture in adult rabbits of New Zealand by X-ray and immunohistochemistry.Methods:Establishing tibial comminuted fracture model of adult rabbits of New Zealand were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the part of rabbits were killed for blood preparation of allogeneic platelet-rich plasma,and gelatin immersed platelet-rich plasma was the production we need,and attached to the experimental group of bone fracture,fracture control group attached blank gelatin,all fractured rabbits were done for internal fixation with Kirschner wire.Results:The X-ray score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at fourth week,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Immunohistochemistry showed that the content of BMP-2 and VEGFA in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:platelet-rich plasma can effectively increase the formation of callus and the synthesis of BMP-2 and VEGFA.It is concluded that platelet-rich gelatin has a positive effect on fracture healing.
