公安体制改革背景下公安院校射击教学的思考

摘　　要：当前公安院校射击教学中存在专业师资薄弱、培养目标不明确、课程设置不合理、临战心理训练缺乏、教学条件参差不齐等问题。为积极响应公安招录体制改革的精神,应加强专业师资力量、贴近实战教学、加强临战心理素质训练和公安院校间的交流,以提升公安院校射击教学水平。There exists in the current shooting teaching in public security academies inadequate teaching staff, irrationally-developed curriculum, lack of psychological training of facing battles and different levels of teaching conditions. To be in response to reform of public security recruitment system, efforts should be made on intensification of teaching staff development, actusd combat-adjoined teaching, intensification of psychological training of facing battles and exchanges between public security academies with a view to improving shooting teaching level in public security academies
