摘　　要：液位测量技术在工业中有广泛的运用。本文设计了一种基于555振荡器和STC8A8K60S4单片机的电容式液位传感器,测量系统由555定时器、STC8A8K60S4单片机和12864液晶显示屏组成。电容传感器和555定时器构成一个多谐振荡器,用于输出一个随着液位变化的频率,STC8A8K60S4单片机作为控制系统用定时器读取频率,并将频率转换成液位高度,1602液晶显示液位高度,数据处理采用中值滤波法,减小误差,最终实现算法。Liquid level measurement technology is widely used in industry. In this paper,a capacitive liquid level sensor based on 555 oscillator and STC8 A8 K60 S4 microcontroller is designed. The measurement system consists of 555 timer,STC8 A8 K60 S4 and 12864 LCD screen. The capacitance sensor and a 555 timer form a multivibrator for outputting a frequency changed with liquid level. STC8 A8 K60 S4 as a control system with a timer reads frequency and the frequency is converted to the liquid level displayed with 1602 liquid crystal,liquid level,and the data processing adopts median filtering method to reduce the error recovery and finally realizes the algorithm.
