摘　　要：随着信息化时代和网路技术的不断发展,电子商务网站已经成为人们获取信息的重要渠道。对于一个出版社而言,传统的工作框架和方式已远远不能满足用户获取信息的实际需求,本文以某出版社网站中"权限管理"模块的设计与实现为例,阐述了建立电子商务功能的信息化平台的设计思想和方法。开发上采用三层架构,数据库采用SQL server。With the continuous development of information age and network technology,e-commerce websites have become an important channel for people to obtain information. For a press,the traditional framework and way is far from the satisfaction to meet the actual access needs of the user for information. Taking the design and implementation of ＂ rights management＂module in a certain press website as an example,the article describes the design idea and method to establish the information platform of electronic commerce functions. The development uses three layers of architecture,and the database uses SQL Server.
